Participation in the conference is free of charge and by invitation only. Official language of the conference is English, interpretation will be provided to Russian language.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The European Shoah Legacy Institute is able to provide partial or full financial assistance to selected NGO representatives and civil society experts who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference due to budgetary constraints. Limited financial support is available to cover reasonable transportation expenses or accommodation expenses or both. Applicants wishing to apply for financial assistance should complete the application form and return it signed to swconference@shoahlegacy.org by 10th April 2015. A copy of the application form is attached to the e-mail invitation.
All reservations and payments for transportation and/or accommodation will be completed by the European Shoah Legacy Institute. All auxiliary costs remain the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants who receive financial assistance must submit all original, used travel documents (boarding passes, bus/train tickets etc.) and any other requested documents to the European Shoah Legacy Institute by no later than 10th June 2015. ACCREDITATION
Conference registration will take place on the first day of the conference. As the conference is being held in the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, you will be required to present photo ID, such as a passport, in order to receive your accreditation for the conference.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
Please note that visa may be required. Organizers will provide an invitation letter.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN PRAGUE
Prague has one of the best public transportation systems in Europe. The metro, trams and buses are used by two-thirds of Prague’s population and cover the majority of the city and its outskirts.
Tickets for public transport in Prague can be purchased at the airport hall, main train station hall, in tobacco shops, in the ticket machines located on tram stops or in metro stations. On buses the tickets can be purchased from the driver.
