The European Shoah Legacy Institute – in collaboration with an international team of experts – have commenced the creation of a Database on Social Welfare for Holocaust Survivors and Other Victims of Nazi Persecution.
To assist in the collection of data, a questionnaire has been developed seeking detailed mapping of the current social situations of victims of Nazism across the forty-seven Terezin Declaration countries. The questionnaire is available in several languages and has already been distributed to all relevant governments. Once returned, completed questionnaires will be analysed and data collated into a comprehensive online, publicly-accessible database. This database will serve as an important tool in the implementation of the obligations contained within the Terezin Declaration and will assist in identifying and addressing the most problematic areas relating to social care provision to victims of Nazi persecution.
Here you can download Questionnaire in English and Russian language.
